its been a big three days…

saturday I went to the hockey, girls hockey…! …not something I would have called real sport a month ago… but it was played with passion and persistence… i guess it’s the closest thing girls can play to rugby. it was actually pretty exciting. sunday was magnificent weather & i managed to land a crew position of a friendly yatch race… pity the wind was so light… today has been a race of a different kind, to get the footing and poles in for my beach house before the weather cracks up…
