The gates of baku

I sketched these a few weeks back ...had almost forgotten them ...these are just two simple quick sketches i liked ...i think they captured the day and the feel of the place.

i like this one alot, where is baku? must be a bright sunny day when you did a quick sketch, simple but beautiful.
baku is in Azerbaijan on the caspian sea. the city walls date back to the 15th century
the drawings are really great you know, makes me wana go to the caspian sea area
baku can also be a wild place lots of oil money, russian mafia, pretty girls, casinos, nightclubs the works ... so take care

no i live in Australia ... just travel a lot ...including singapore, which i like
